The VPAA offers assistance, advocacy, and guidance to civilian resources for our veterans and police officers to ensure access to actionable information related to their service. There are many situations wherein veterans and police suffer injuries, damages, and losses and face life challenges that can only be addressed through non-governmental avenues such as law firms, non-profit organizations and veteran and LEO-friendly corporate donors.  We look forward to continued and broadening coordination with the Department of Veterans Affairs, the individual state’s Veterans Affairs departments, our nation’s Veterans Services Officers and police benevolent associations to help our veterans and police officers.

Emergency Aid

The lives of soldiers and police officers are often fraught with sudden changes – relocations, long periods of activation, life-challenging situations and the distress of being away from loved ones in their times of need.

The VPAA understands the pressures involved within our military and law enforcement families.  Spouses, children, parents and many other loved ones, while incredibly supportive, are also impacted by the service given to our fellow Americans and to our nation by our servicemen and servicewomen and LEOs.

Whether it’s mortgage relief, a student loan or the costly (albeit, welcome!) arrival of a newborn – life costs, time-wise and financially.

Let the VPAA serve you and your family in locating resources and effecting solutions for your needs.

Award Petitions/Service Record Advocacy

In coordination with the military branches, the VA, our elected officials and various dedicated non-profit organizations, the VPAA strongly advocates on behalf of soldiers’ service records, awards and benefits.

Likewise, with our police officers, we respect your selfless and often dangerous service and will champion your rights and interests.

You serve; you deserve.

Life Events Assistance

When you’re deployed away from home or on duty and your family or loved one needs help, let us cover for you.

Need us to check in on a homebound or hospitalized loved one? Need an experienced handyman or woman to help out around the house? Or refer your matter to professional legal assistance? Reach out and we’ll work with you to handle your needs.  Our volunteer partners are all from military and/or law enforcement backgrounds- people you can trust, and trust to get the job done.

These services are at no cost ever to our men and women in uniform.
